  • Do cleaners bring their own supplies?
    Yes, we provide all the supplies and equipmentr needed for the job. If you would like us to use your products we can accomodate that as well.
  • How do I schedule a cleaning
    After you approve our quote we will schedule the cleaning directly with you by phone, email, text or in person.
  • Are you pet friendly?
    Yes we love animals. We do also use ecofriendly cleaning products and can do so upon request.
  • When will I be charged?
    You will be charged after services are complete.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    We ask that if you need to cancel our services to please let us know at 48 hours in advance if possible.
  • Do you offer a guarantee?
    Spike Force Janirotial takes pride in providing excellent cleaning service. We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will be more than happy to re-evaluate services with you.
